TPR600-075-P SS Rotating Nozzle With Plug 8700 PSI

The Annovi Reverberi TPR600-075-P Rotating Nozzle is the highest-flow, largest-orifice
turbo nozzle in the protective “-P” series, designed for the most extreme 600-bar (8,700 PSI) industrial
cleaning environments. Featuring an oversized 7.5 orifice and a fully encapsulated
rubber protective cover, this nozzle is engineered for situations where operators require
maximum water volume, maximum coverage, and uncompromising cleaning force. Built for continuous-duty
operation at pressures up to 8,700 PSI and temperatures up to
212°F (100°C), the TPR600-075-P is ideal for shipyards, refineries, petrochemical
plants, steel mills, tank-cleaning facilities, concrete yards, and hydro-excavation service fleets.

Internally, the TPR600-075-P uses AR’s precision rotating jet assembly, which converts a concentrated 0°
stream into a fast-spinning 20° rotating cone. This rotation dramatically multiplies
the number of high-energy impacts delivered per second, increasing cleaning efficiency and reducing the time
required for large-area applications. The 7.5 orifice size supports extremely high water flow at full
pressure, making it ideal for stripping heavy coatings, scale, marine growth, concrete residue, petroleum
buildup, corrosion layers, and stubborn industrial deposits. The molded rubber shroud provides operator
safety, impact absorption, and protection against accidental contact with truck bodies, tanks, platforms, or
structural steel during aggressive cleaning operations.

Key Features

  • 600-bar / 8,700 PSI rating: Designed for serious industrial applications where maximum pressure and durability are required.
  • 7.5 orifice size: The largest available in the TPR600-P series, optimized for extremely high-flow 600-bar pump systems.
  • 20° rotating spray cone: Converts a 0° jet into a high-frequency rotating cone for faster cleaning and reduced striping.
  • Rubber protective cover (“-P”): Absorbs impacts, protects painted or coated surfaces, and improves grip in wet or oily environments.
  • Stainless-steel core body: Corrosion-resistant and built to withstand chemical exposure, saltwater mist, and abrasive industrial conditions.
  • Hardened nozzle and seat: Internal wear-resistant components maintain spray pattern quality and rotation performance under high-velocity use.
  • Hot-water compatible: Rated for water temperatures up to 212°F (100°C), ideal for cutting oils, greases, and organic material more effectively.
  • 1/4″ female inlet: Standard professional connection compatible with 600-bar lances, guns, swivels, and quick-connect systems.

Construction & Design Advantages

  • Maximum-flow performance: The oversized 7.5 orifice enables the highest GPM output in the TPR600-P series, ideal for high-volume surface cleaning.
  • Impact-resistant rubber shroud: Prevents metal-to-metal contact with equipment, tanks, hulls, frames, and concrete surfaces.
  • Improved operator control: The rubber housing provides a non-slip grip during continuous high-pressure operation.
  • Balanced rotor assembly: Engineered for consistent rotation, reduced vibration, and a stable spray cone across the full pressure range.
  • Compact and durable design: Efficient body length and fully protected head allow access to tight or obstructed cleaning areas.
  • Long life in harsh conditions: Resists corrosion, heat, impact, and abrasive wear common in industrial washdown systems.

Typical Applications

  • Shipyards & marine operations: Removing coatings, scale, rust, fouling, and marine growth from hulls, plating, docks, and ballast structures.
  • Refineries & petrochemical plants: Blasting hydrocarbons, soot, scale, and process buildup from steel structures, pipe racks, exchangers, and containment areas.
  • Concrete & construction environments: Cleaning concrete forms, tilt-wall panels, slabs, and heavy equipment covered in concrete residue or mud.
  • Industrial tank cleaning: Removing heavy deposits inside steel tanks, clarifiers, mixing chambers, and processing vessels.
  • Hydro-excavation & vacuum truck maintenance: Cleaning debris tanks, suction booms, hose reels, spill aprons, and undercarriages while preventing damage to painted surfaces.
  • Fleet & heavy equipment washing: High-flow removal of mud, grease, hydraulic oil, and road film from loaders, dump trucks, excavators, sweepers, and waste-hauling vehicles.

Performance & Sizing Guidelines

  • Flow pairing: The 7.5 orifice is intended for extremely high-GPM 600-bar pumps—verify with nozzle charts or pump curves to ensure optimal duty point.
  • Minimum operating pressure: Requires approximately 2,000–2,200 PSI to maintain proper rotor speed and rotation stability.
  • Coverage vs. impact: Largest cleaning path in the TPR600-P line, enabling the fastest large-area cleaning while maintaining exceptional mechanical cutting force.
  • System compatibility: All hoses, guns, lances, swivels, and fittings must be rated for 600 bar (8,700 PSI) and 212°F.
  • Optimal cleaning technique: Maintain smooth, overlapping passes and consistent stand-off distance for best performance and nozzle longevity.

Best Practices for Use & Maintenance

TPR600-075-P SS Rotating Nozzle With Plug 8700 PSI

  • Flush system before installation: Removing debris protects the rotor and internal components from premature wear.
  • Increase pressure gradually: Smooth pressurization reduces shock loads on the nozzle and pump system.
  • Monitor rotation quality: Changes in sound, vibration, cone width, or rotation speed indicate the need for inspection.
  • Rinse after chemical exposure: Prevents residue buildup that can degrade stainless and rubber components.
  • Store with protective cap: Keeps the orifice clean and prevents contamination or damage inside the rubber shroud.
