TPR600-02 Stainless Steel Rotating Nozzle | 8,700 PSI Heavy Duty
The Annovi Reverberi TPR600-02 Rotating Nozzle is a professional-grade stainless steel turbo nozzle
designed for extreme-duty cleaning where impact, speed, and durability are essential.
Rated up to 8,700 PSI with a minimum working pressure around
2,175 PSI, this 2.0 orifice nozzle converts pump output into a tight, rotating jet
that strikes like a 0° pencil stream while sweeping a controlled 20° cone pattern.
It is ideal for lower-to-medium flow high-pressure systems that require aggressive cutting
action without overspending water.
Constructed with a stainless-steel body and tungsten-carbide nozzle and seat,
the TPR600-02 is built to withstand continuous use in harsh marine, industrial, and construction environments.
A 1/4″ female inlet threads directly into standard 600-bar lances and spray guns,
while the internal vertical start design cushions start-up impact, protecting the rotor assembly
and reducing stress on upstream components.
Key Features of TPR600-02
- Ultra-high-pressure rated: Designed for operation up to 8,700 PSI with a minimum working pressure around 2,175 PSI.
- Nozzle size 2.0: Optimized for lower-to-medium flow at high pressure, suitable for compact industrial units and precision cleaning tasks.
- 20° rotating cone pattern: Concentrates impact like a 0° jet and sweeps in a controlled cone for faster, more even cleaning than a fixed tip.
- Stainless-steel construction: Corrosion-resistant body withstands chemicals, saltwater, and tough jobsite conditions.
- Tungsten-carbide internals: Hard-wearing nozzle and seat resist erosion and maintain spray quality over time.
- Hot-water capable: Handles water up to 212°F (100°C) for enhanced grease, oil, and organic residue removal.
- 1/4″ female inlet: Standard connection allows easy integration with existing lances, guns, and quick-couplers.
- Vertical start design: Internal rotor geometry reduces start-up shock, protecting both the nozzle and upstream system.
Typical Applications
- Marine and shipbuilding: Removing scale, marine growth, barnacles, rust, and old coatings from hull plating, decks, ballast tanks, and steel structures.
- Industrial and plant maintenance: Stripping baked-on residues, paints, and process build-up from beams, floors, containment areas, and machinery housings.
- Construction and concrete work: Profiling or deep-cleaning concrete, formwork, and precast elements prior to coating or repair, and removing mud or cement residue from equipment.
- Agriculture and heavy equipment: Blasting compacted soil, fertilizer, and manure from tractors, spreaders, harvesters, and livestock facilities.
- Oilfield and industrial services: Cleaning rigs, skids, tanks, pipe racks, and structural steel in oil, gas, mining, and manufacturing environments.
- Fleet and mobile wash: Removing tough deposits from dump trucks, vacuum excavation rigs, trailers, and refuse vehicles.
Performance & Orifice Sizing
- Match to pump flow and pressure: Size 2.0 orifice is best for lower GPM at high pressure; confirm with pump charts or manufacturer specifications.
- Impact vs. coverage: 20° pattern provides an excellent balance of cutting power and surface coverage.
- System compatibility: Ensure hoses, guns, lances, and fittings are rated at 8,700 PSI and 212°F.
- Overhead and vertical use: Compact, robust design allows safe operation in overhead or confined areas.
Best Practices for Use & Maintenance
- Flush before installation: Use a fan nozzle to purge rust, scale, and debris from the system to protect the rotor and carbide seat.
- Use clean, filtered water: Reduces abrasive wear and preserves spray pattern and rotor life.
- Ramp pressure smoothly: Gradual pressure increase minimizes mechanical shock and prolongs nozzle life.
- Inspect pattern and sound: Distorted cone, vibration, or unusual noise can indicate wear; replace components as needed.
- Rinse after chemical use: Flush thoroughly with clean water to protect stainless steel and carbide surfaces.
- Store protected: Cap or keep in a dedicated holder or case to prevent impact damage and contamination.
