TPR600-07-P SS Rotating Nozzle With Plug 8700 PSI
The Annovi Reverberi TPR600-07-P Rotating Nozzle is a high-flow, ultra-high-pressure turbo
nozzle built for the toughest 600-bar (8,700 PSI) cleaning environments. Featuring a large
7.0 orifice size and a fully encapsulated protective rubber cover, this “-P”
variant is engineered for applications where maximum impact, wide coverage, and enhanced safety are all
critical. Rated for working pressures up to 8,700 PSI (600 bar) and water temperatures up to
212°F (100°C), the TPR600-07-P is ideal for large-flow 600-bar pump systems used in
shipyards, refineries, steel mills, concrete plants, heavy-equipment yards, and hydro-excavation fleets.
Inside the nozzle, a precision rotor assembly converts a concentrated 0° jet into a fast-spinning
20° rotating cone. Rather than striking a single static point, the high-energy jet sweeps
a tight circular path, delivering thousands of impacts per minute across the surface. The 7.0 orifice size
supports very high flow at operating pressure, providing aggressive removal capability for scale, rust,
marine growth, old coatings, petroleum residues, and thick industrial buildup. The molded rubber shroud
protects the stainless-steel core and helps prevent damage to painted or delicate surfaces when working in
tight quarters around vehicles, tanks, and structural steel.
Key Features of TPR600-07-P
- 8,700 PSI (600 bar) rating: Engineered for continuous-duty high-pressure cleaning in
industrial, marine, and construction environments. - 7.0 orifice size: Large, high-flow nozzle size designed for big 600-bar pump systems where
cleaning throughput and coverage are top priorities. - 20° rotating spray cone: Converts a 0° pencil jet into a rapid, rotating cone that
multiplies impact frequency and reduces striping or missed areas. - Protective rubber cover (“-P”): Impact-absorbing shroud that protects painted or
coated surfaces, cushions accidental impacts, and improves operator grip. - Stainless-steel core body: Corrosion-resistant internal structure suited to harsh, wet,
chemical, and salt-laden environments. - Wear-resistant nozzle & seat: Hardened internal components maintain spray shape and
rotation quality under high-velocity, abrasive conditions. - Hot-water capable: Rated for temperatures up to 212°F (100°C),
allowing heat-assisted removal of grease, oils, and organic buildup. - Standard 1/4″ female inlet: Professional-grade connection that integrates easily with
600-bar lances, guns, swivels, and quick-coupler systems.
Construction & Design Advantages
- High-flow performance: The 7.0 orifice supports very high GPM at full 600-bar pressure,
making this nozzle ideal for cleaning large surfaces quickly and efficiently. - Enhanced grip and ergonomics: Rubber exterior provides a secure, non-slip handling surface,
improving control and reducing fatigue during long, high-demand shifts. - Balanced rotor assembly: Precision-engineered internal components deliver smooth, stable
rotation and a consistent cone pattern at operating pressure. - Compact, protected profile: Short overall body and fully shrouded head make it easier to
maneuver around complex structures, supports, brackets, and piping. - Industrial-grade durability: Designed to withstand corrosion, impact, vibration, and
high-duty washdown cycles in severe service environments.
Typical Applications for TPR600-07-P
- Shipyards & marine maintenance: Removing marine growth, heavy scale, coatings, and rust
from hull plating, dry dock structures, decks, ramps, piers, and ballast tanks. - Industrial plant washdown: Cleaning tanks, mixers, production floors, containment areas,
platforms, structural steel, and process equipment exposed to chemicals and deposits. - Concrete & construction: Stripping concrete residue, mud, coatings, and curing
compounds from slabs, tilt-wall panels, forms, molds, and jobsite machinery. - Hydro-excavation & vacuum trucks: Washing debris tanks, suction booms, tools, hose
reels, splash aprons, and undercarriages; rubber cover minimizes damage to painted truck surfaces. - Fleet & heavy equipment washing: Removing compacted mud, hydraulic oil, road film, and
petroleum residues from dump trucks, loaders, excavators, sweepers, and refuse vehicles. - Refineries & petrochemical plants: Cleaning exchanger shells, pipe racks, steel
structures, and containment areas subject to hydrocarbons, soot, and corrosive atmospheres.
Performance & Sizing Guidelines
- Flow pairing: The 7.0 orifice is optimized for very high-GPM 600-bar pumps; confirm
PSI/GPM with nozzle charts or pump curves for your specific duty point. - Minimum operating pressure: Turbo rotation generally requires approximately 2,000–2,200 PSI;
below this level, the jet behaves more like a fixed 0° stream. - Coverage vs. impact: Larger nozzle size increases cleaning width and throughput while still
providing strong mechanical cutting action for heavy deposits. - System compatibility: Ensure all hoses, lances, guns, swivels, and fittings are rated for at
least 8,700 PSI and 212°F to maintain safe operation. - Operator technique: Use smooth, overlapping passes and a consistent stand-off distance to
achieve uniform cleaning, reduce striping, and extend nozzle life.
TPR600-07-P Best Practices for Use & Maintenance
- Flush system before operation: Purge lines with a standard fan nozzle to remove rust, scale,
and debris that can damage the rotor or nozzle seat. - Ramp pressure gradually: Avoid snapping the trigger fully open; smooth pressurization
reduces mechanical stress on the nozzle and upstream pump components. - Monitor spray pattern and sound: Changes in cone shape, vibration, or noise signal wear,
blockage, or cavitation and should prompt inspection or replacement. - Rinse after chemical exposure: After using detergents or process chemicals, flush with clean
water to protect stainless and rubber components. - Store protected: Keep the nozzle capped or in a dedicated holder or case when not in use to
prevent orifice damage and contamination inside the rubber shroud.
