Orders ship from our centrally located distribution hub. Transit times and carriers vary by destination and weight class
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is process and ships.
In some cases, depending on the item or items; the order might ship directly from the manufacturer
Carriers and Methods
- Parcel: UPS / FedEx / USPS (based on size, weight and destination)
- Freight (LTL): for heavy or oversized equipment and skid systems.
- Customer-arranged freight: available upon request (contact Support before checkout)
Processing Times
- In-stock items: Ship within 1 – 2 business days
- Freight orders: allow an additional business day for scheduling
- orders placed after 2:00 PM CST process the next business day
- You will receive an email with tracking once shipped
Delivery Estimates (Typical)
- Southeast U.S.: 1-3 business days
- Continental U.S.: 2-5 business days
- LTL Freight: 3-7 business days depending on distance and carrier
Freight Deliveries (Important)
- Commercial address with dock/forklift: preferred for all LTL freight shipments.
- Residential liftgate: Available ; Carriers may charge residential surcharges.
- Limited-Access locations: Schools, farms, construction sites, churches, storage facilities, and similar locations may incur additional carrier fees.
- Liftgate Service: Available upon request; additional fees may apply depending on weight and dimensions.
- Storage Fees: If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to unavailable recipient, wrong address, or limited access, storage fees may apply.
- Reconsignment / redelivery: Any changes to the delivery address after shipment, or failed delivery attempts, may result in carrier-assessed reconsignment or redelivery charges.
- Photograph packaging: Please take photos before opening.
- Refuse delivery if severely damaged: If the shipment appears significantly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Shipping Costs & Options
- Flat shipping fee is $18
- Delivery included in orders over $80
- Sales Tax is added to NM orders only
- Contact us for bulk or contract freight quotes
- Blind shipping: available for approved resellers
- We can consolidate multi-box shipments upon request
Damage, Shortage, or Lost packages
- All freight deliveries must be inspected at arrival for visible damage, concealed damage or missing cartons.
- Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery. Carrier rules require prompt reporting.
- Provide order number, photos, and serial number (if applicable).
- Submit a claim via our Returns & Warranty Claims form
- Freight damage responsibility: Once freight leaves our dock, the carrier assumes responsibility. We will assist with the claim process, but reimbursement is determined by the carrier.
- Not responsible for typos, omissions, or image errors associated with product listings. If a discrepancy is found, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
