TPR600-02-P SS Rotating Nozzle 8700 PSI
The Annovi Reverberi TPR600-02-P Rotating Nozzle is a professional-grade,
stainless-steel turbo nozzle equipped with a protective rubber cover designed for
safety, durability, and superior impact resistance in high-pressure industrial cleaning environments.
Part of AR’s elite 600-bar rotating nozzle family, this model is rated for a maximum working pressure
of 8,700 PSI (600 bar) and supports water temperatures up to
212°F (100°C). The 2.0 orifice size is optimized for low-to-medium
flow rates where operators need highly concentrated cutting power with precise control. By converting
a pinpoint 0° jet into a rapidly rotating cone, the TPR600-02-P delivers aggressive mechanical
cleaning action while reducing striping and improving overall surface coverage.
The signature element of the “-P” series is the impact-absorbing rubber cover. This
shroud protects the stainless-steel nozzle body from accidental drops or contact with surfaces such
as steel plates, tanks, concrete walls, or equipment frames. It also reduces operator fatigue by
improving grip during long shift work and helps shield surrounding work surfaces from damage during
close-quarters cleaning. This combination of precision rotation, high
pressure capability, and protective encapsulation makes the TPR600-02-P
ideal for industrial plants, marine environments, municipal fleets, construction sites, and
hydro-excavation support systems.
TPR600-02-P Key Features
- 600-bar / 8,700-PSI performance: Fully rated for extreme-duty cleaning tasks requiring high impact energy and long operational life.
- 2.0 orifice size: Ideal for smaller GPM outputs, precision detailing, tight-area work, and applications where accuracy matters as much as impact power.
- Rotating 20° spray cone: Converts a 0° jet into a fast, controlled rotating cone that dramatically increases surface-striking frequency.
- Rubber protective cover: Surrounds the stainless body to protect the nozzle, equipment, and surfaces while also offering better handling.
- Stainless-steel core: Resists corrosion, chemical exposure, and harsh environmental conditions.
- High-resistance nozzle seat: Made from hardened materials to ensure consistent rotation and long service life.
- Vertical-start design: Minimizes momentary shock when the trigger is activated, protecting internal components.
- 1/4″ female inlet: Standard connection used across professional-grade 600-bar lances and spray guns.
Construction & Design Advantages
- Impact protection: The rubber cover absorbs accidental impacts from steel decking, pipes, concrete, or equipment housings—significantly reducing nozzle wear.
- Safety-focused design: The rubber shroud adds grip, insulating the operator’s hand and preventing slippage during high-pressure operation.
- Precision rotor assembly: Engineered to maintain smooth, continuous rotation even under variable flow conditions or long-duration use.
- Compact profile: Easy to maneuver in tight areas such as tank internals, confined catwalks, or equipment bays where clearance is limited.
- Enhanced durability: Hardened inserts resist abrasion, enabling the nozzle to maintain its spray pattern over extensive duty cycles.
- Consistent cleaning arc: The rotating cone produces uniform cleaning passes for more polished, streak-free results.
Typical Applications for TPR600-02-P
- Marine & shipyard cleaning: Removing coatings, rust, scale, and marine growth from hulls, decks, ramps, and frames while protecting painted or plated surfaces from accidental impact.
- Industrial plant washdown: Cleaning tanks, mixers, flooring, steel structures, and process equipment in chemical, food, or manufacturing industries.
- Concrete & infrastructure maintenance: Deep-cleaning sidewalks, decks, tilt walls, precast structures, and industrial flooring.
- Hydro-excavation support: Cleaning vacuum truck tanks, booms, tools, hose reels, and debris bodies—where the rubber shield avoids metal-to-metal contact.
- Fleet & equipment washing: High-pressure removal of grease, mud, soot, and sludge from municipal, construction, or agricultural vehicles.
- Facility & municipal services: Maintenance of public works assets including bridges, culverts, lift stations, and waste-processing systems.
Performance & Sizing Guidelines
- Flow compatibility: Best suited for smaller GPM systems at full pressure—refer to pump charts to confirm ideal pairing.
- Minimum pressure: Requires approximately 2,000–2,200 PSI to initiate proper rotation.
- Rotation efficiency: The smaller orifice produces a tighter cone, ideal for detailed work or areas requiring high precision.
- System requirements: All hoses, lances, fittings, guns, and accessories must be rated for 600 bar (8,700 PSI).

Best Practices for Use & Maintenance
- Flush lines before use: Prevent debris from entering the rotating assembly.
- Avoid sudden pressure spikes: Slowly increase pressure to extend nozzle life.
- Inspect rotation regularly: Changes in vibration, noise, or spray cone shape indicate wear.
- Rinse after chemical exposure: Protects seals and stainless-steel internals from chemical residue.
- Store with protective cap: Prevents dirt, dust, or accidental damage to the orifice.
