TPR800-03 SS Rotating Nozzle 11600 PSI Extreme Duty

The Annovi Reverberi TPR800-03 Rotating Nozzle is a professional ultra-high-pressure (UHP)
turbo nozzle engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring maximum cleaning impact, reliable
rotation, and long service life under continuous 800-bar operation. Rated up to
11,600 PSI (800 bar), this model features a 3.0 orifice size, providing a
balanced combination of high-pressure cutting strength and increased flow capacity. It is ideal for operators
who need more surface coverage and productivity than the 2.0 or 2.5 orifice versions while still maintaining
the focused impact needed for heavy industrial cleaning, scale removal, and surface-prep work.

The TPR800-03 uses AR’s precision rotor system to transform a single 0° pinpoint jet into a rapidly spinning
20° rotating cone. This rotation produces thousands of micro-impacts per second, delivering
faster cleaning, smoother surface finish, and reduced operator fatigue compared to fixed nozzles. Constructed
from corrosion-resistant stainless steel with hardened internal components, the TPR800-03 is engineered for
durability in marine, refinery, mining, tank-cleaning, and infrastructure environments where abrasive
contaminants and high-duty cycles are the norm.

Key Features

  • 11,600 PSI (800 bar) rating: Built for the most demanding ultra-high-pressure cleaning,
surface prep, and industrial maintenance applications.
  • 3.0 orifice size: Provides higher flow and wider coverage than the 2.0–2.5 variants while
    maintaining strong mechanical cutting force.
  • 20° rotating spray cone: Converts a stationary 0° jet into a high-speed rotating
impact pattern for efficient, uniform cleaning.
  • Stainless-steel body: Heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant construction suitable for marine,
    chemical, and outdoor industrial environments.
  • Hardened internal components: Wear-resistant nozzle insert and rotor designed to withstand
high-velocity water, abrasive contaminants, and mechanical cycling.
  • High-temperature capability: Rated for hot-water systems up to 212°F
    (100°C)
, improving removal of grease, hydrocarbons, and organic residues.
  • 1/4″ female inlet: Standard UHP connection compatible with 800-bar lances, guns, and
    fittings.

Construction & Design Advantages

  • Balanced rotor assembly: Ensures smooth rotation, reduced vibration, and consistent spray
    performance across the operating range.
  • Optimized for medium-area cleaning: The 3.0 orifice offers a productive balance of impact
force and cleaning width for slabs, steel surfaces, tanks, and mechanical equipment.
  • Compact stainless design: Narrow profile improves access to restricted areas, internal tank
structures, scaffolding, pipe racks, and steel members.
  • Precision machining: Internal geometry is engineered for efficient water acceleration and
    minimal turbulence, enhancing rotational reliability.
  • Industrial-grade sealing: Protects the rotor assembly from contamination, maintaining
    performance even in abrasive environments.
  • Reduced splashback footprint: Tight rotating cone helps maintain safety and visibility in
    confined or sensitive environments.

Typical Applications

  • Shipyards & marine operations: Removing coatings, corrosion, scale, and marine growth
from hulls, decks, ramps, and ballast structures.
  • Refinery & petrochemical work: Cleaning process equipment, exchanger shells, steel
structures, and containment areas contaminated with hydrocarbons or chemical residues.
  • Steel & metal fabrication: Surface preparation for coating, welding, inspection, or
fabrication by removing rust, mill scale, oxides, and surface contamination.
  • Industrial tank & vessel cleaning: Targeted removal of deposits from walls, ladders,
nozzles, baffles, stiffeners, and hard-to-reach areas inside enclosed spaces.
  • Concrete & infrastructure maintenance: Cleaning and prepping slabs, bridge decks,
spillways, supports, and precast components for coating or repair.
  • Hydro-demolition prep: Precision cleaning of edges, joints, spalls, and reinforcement
areas prior to high-power structural removal work.

Performance & Sizing Guidelines

  • Flow pairing: The 3.0 orifice supports moderate-to-high flow at 800-bar pressure; verify
GPM and PSI with pump curves and nozzle charts for accurate system matching.
  • Minimum rotation pressure: Typically requires around 2,900 PSI to begin
reliable rotor motion; full performance is achieved at higher pressures.
  • Coverage vs. cutting: Wider cleaning path than smaller orifices, offering increased
productivity while maintaining significant mechanical cutting force.
  • System requirements: All lances, hoses, guns, swivels, and fittings must be rated for at
least 11,600 PSI (800 bar) and high-temperature operation.
  • Operator method: Use smooth, overlapping passes and consistent stand-off distance to
maintain uniform surface finish and maximize nozzle life.

Best Practices for Use & Maintenance

  • Flush thoroughly before use: Purge hydraulic lines with a fan nozzle to remove rust,
debris, or scale that could damage the rotor or nozzle seat.
  • Pressurize gradually: Avoid sudden trigger changes; controlled ramp-up reduces shock loads
on both the nozzle and UHP pump.
  • Monitor rotation and sound: Changes in frequency, vibration, or cone shape indicate
    contamination or wear requiring inspection.
  • Rinse after chemical exposure: Flush clean water to prevent chemical residue damage inside
    the stainless-steel housing.
  • Use proper PPE: Ultra-high-pressure equipment requires strict adherence to UHP safety
standards, including face shields, protective clothing, and reinforced boots.
  • Store protected: Use protective caps or a dedicated storage case to prevent orifice damage
    and contamination during downtime.
