TPR800-035-P SS Rotating Nozzle With Plug | 11,600 PSI
The Annovi Reverberi TPR800-035-P Rotating Nozzle is a stainless-steel,
ultra-high-pressure turbo nozzle engineered for demanding 800-bar (11,600 PSI) cleaning systems.
Offered in the “-P” configuration, this model features a durable protective rubber overmold that
absorbs impacts, improves handling, and protects surrounding surfaces during aggressive cleaning operations.
With a 3.5 orifice size, the TPR800-035-P delivers a well-balanced combination of
cutting impact and flow volume. Internally, AR’s precision rotating jet mechanism converts a concentrated
0° stream into a high-velocity 20° rotating spray cone, dramatically increasing impact
frequency and cleaning efficiency across large surface areas.
Rated for water temperatures up to 212°F (100°C), this nozzle is built for continuous-duty
industrial service in harsh environments such as shipyards, refineries, steel fabrication facilities,
tank cleaning operations, and infrastructure maintenance sites.
The combination of a stainless-steel body, hardened internal components, and external rubber protection
gives the TPR800-035-P excellent resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and physical impact, while maintaining
consistent performance during heavy-duty rust removal, coating strip-out, concrete cleaning,
tank degreasing, and industrial washdown tasks.
Key Features
- 11,600 PSI (800 bar) pressure rating:
Designed for ultra-high-pressure cleaning systems requiring maximum durability and reliability. - 3.5 orifice size:
Provides higher flow than smaller 2.0–3.0 nozzles while retaining strong cutting performance,
making it ideal for medium-to-large surface cleaning. - 20° rotating spray cone:
Transforms a straight jet into a rotating impact pattern, multiplying impact frequency and
significantly improving cleaning speed and uniformity. - Protective rubber overmold (“-P” version):
Cushions impacts, protects painted or sensitive surfaces, improves grip,
and enhances operator safety in tight or hazardous environments. - Stainless-steel body:
Corrosion-resistant construction suitable for marine, chemical, refinery,
and heavy-industrial environments. - Hardened internal nozzle and seat:
Wear-resistant materials maintain spray quality and rotation under high-velocity,
abrasive water conditions. - Hot-water compatible:
Rated for temperatures up to 212°F (100°C) for effective grease,
oil, and organic residue removal. - Standard 1/4-inch female inlet:
Compatible with professional 800-bar lances, guns, and quick-connect systems.
Construction & Design Advantages
- Reinforced UHP architecture:
Internal geometry, seals, and materials engineered for repeated high-pressure cycles,
thermal variation, and mechanical stress. - Balanced rotor mechanism:
Provides smooth, stable rotation under full operating pressure,
minimizing vibration and improving operator control. - Compact, protected form factor:
Stainless-steel body with rubber overmold reduces risk of damage in confined spaces
and improves handling under wet or oily conditions. - Efficient rotating cone geometry:
Concentrates cleaning energy while maintaining a productive cleaning width
without excessive water usage. - Any-position operation:
Designed to operate vertically, horizontally, or overhead—ideal for tanks,
vessels, scaffolding, and confined-space cleaning. - Hot-water and chemical resistance:
Internal materials selected to withstand temperature and chemical exposure
common in industrial cleaning environments.
Typical Applications
- Shipyards and marine maintenance:
Removing rust, coatings, marine growth, corrosion, and fouling from hulls,
decks, tanks, and structural steel. - Industrial plant cleaning:
Stripping scale, chemical deposits, paint, baked-on residue,
and heavy fouling from vessels and steel structures. - Steel fabrication and maintenance:
Surface preparation of beams, plate, weldments,
and fabricated assemblies prior to recoating or inspection. - Tank and vessel washout:
Cleaning tanks, silos, clarifiers, and vessels with stubborn buildup,
sludge, or residue. - Concrete and infrastructure maintenance:
Heavy-duty cleaning of slabs, bridge decks, piers,
precast elements, and contaminated concrete surfaces. - Hydro-excavation and vacuum truck support:
Washing debris bodies, hose reels, booms, and equipment components
with heavy mud, slurry, or sludge buildup. - Surface preparation and light hydro-demolition:
Removing rust, scale, paint, and surface contamination
prior to coating, blasting, or repair.
Performance & Sizing Guidelines
- Flow and pressure matching:
The 3.5 orifice is optimized for moderate-to-high flow at 800 bar.
Always confirm pump output to ensure proper nozzle sizing. - Minimum rotation pressure:
Proper rotation typically begins around 2,900 PSI.
Operating below this threshold may reduce rotating effectiveness. - Impact versus coverage balance:
Offers increased throughput and wider cleaning path compared to smaller orifices,
while retaining strong mechanical cutting performance. - System requirements:
All hoses, guns, lances, fittings, and safety components must be rated
for at least 11,600 PSI and suitable for hot-water or chemical use. - Operator technique:
Use smooth, overlapping passes and maintain consistent stand-off distance
for uniform cleaning and extended nozzle life.
Best Practices for Use & Maintenance
- Flush system before installation:
Purge pump lines with a fan nozzle to remove debris before installing the rotating nozzle. - Pressurize gradually:
Slowly ramp pressure to reduce shock loads and extend component lifespan. - Monitor spray pattern and rotation:
Changes in sound, vibration, or spray shape may indicate wear or blockage. - Flush after chemical or hot-water use:
Rinse thoroughly with clean water to prevent residue buildup or corrosion. - Follow UHP safety protocols:
Use proper PPE and maintain safe stand-off distances at all times. - Store properly:
Cap the nozzle and store in a protective holder or case to prevent damage or contamination.
