TPR600-04-P Stainless Steel Rotating Nozzle 8700 PSI

The Annovi Reverberi TPR600-04-P Rotating Nozzle is a rugged 600-bar (8,700 PSI) stainless-steel
turbo nozzle equipped with a full protective rubber cover, engineered for extreme-duty industrial
and marine cleaning environments. As part of the TPR600 high-performance series, the 04-P model pairs a
4.0 orifice size with AR’s precision rotating jet technology to deliver a powerful combination
of impact force, consistent rotation, and expanded cleaning coverage. Designed for demanding workflows such as
shipyard cleaning, refinery maintenance, industrial plant washdown, and hydro-excavation fleet service, the
TPR600-04-P offers professional operators enhanced safety, durability, and long-term reliability in continuous
high-pressure operation.

The signature “-P” protective rubber housing fully encapsulates the stainless-steel body, absorbing impacts and
preventing damage when the nozzle comes into contact with steel structures, catwalks, concrete, tanks,
equipment skids, or heavy machinery. It also provides a secure, non-slip grip, making the nozzle easier to
handle during long shifts or in wet, cold, or greasy environments. Internally, a precision-balanced rotating
assembly transforms a concentrated 0° jet into a high-speed 20° rotating cone. The constant
sweeping motion dramatically increases cleaning efficiency by striking the surface thousands of times per
minute, reducing striping and allowing operators to remove rust, coatings, scale, grease, and tough industrial
contamination more quickly and consistently.

Key Features of

TPR600-04-P Stainless Steel Rotating Nozzle 8700 PSI

  • 8,700 PSI (600 bar) rating: Built to handle the harshest industrial, marine, refinery, and construction cleaning tasks.
  • 4.0 orifice size: Ideal balance of flow and impact, delivering strong cutting performance with productive coverage area.
  • 20° rotating spray cone: Converts a sharp 0° jet into a powerful rotating impact pattern that enhances cleaning speed and uniformity.
  • Rubber protective cover (“-P”): Surrounds the metal body to protect both surfaces and the nozzle itself during accidental contact.
  • Stainless-steel construction: Corrosion-resistant, durable, and built to withstand chemicals, salt spray, and abrasive jobsite conditions.
  • Wear-resistant internals: Hardened nozzle and seat maintain spray quality and rotation consistency over long service life.
  • Hot-water compatible: Safe for temperatures up to 212°F (100°C), improving cleaning efficiency with heated systems.
  • 1/4″ female inlet: Standard high-pressure connection compatible with 600-bar guns, lances, and fittings.

Construction & Design Advantages

  • Impact protection: The molded rubber shroud absorbs shocks from accidental impacts against steel, concrete, or equipment frames, helping extend nozzle life.
  • Improved ergonomics: The rubberized exterior offers a firm, slip-resistant grip for safer handling in wet or high-fatigue operating environments.
  • Balanced rotation assembly: Engineered for smooth, stable rotation that minimizes vibration and increases operational control.
  • Compact footprint: Short, easy-to-maneuver body allows operators to work efficiently in tight or confined spaces such as tanks and equipment bays.
  • Vertical-start design: Reduces start-up shock and strain on internal components when the trigger is activated.
  • Industrial durability: Suitable for refineries, shipyards, chemical plants, municipal utilities, and outdoor environments.

Typical Applications

  • Marine & shipyard operations: Removing coatings, rust, scale, marine growth, and heavy contamination from hulls, plating, decks, ramps, and ballast tanks.
  • Industrial plant cleaning: Washing tanks, mixers, platforms, steel structures, production floors, containment areas, and heavy-duty equipment.
  • Concrete & construction cleaning: Removing concrete residue, mud, coatings, and grime from tilt walls, slabs, forms, trucks, and jobsite machinery.
  • Hydro-excavation & vac trucks: Cleaning debris tanks, booms, suction tubes, and hose reels, with the rubber cover preventing damage to truck bodies.
  • Fleet & heavy equipment maintenance: Cutting through compacted dirt, grease, road film, and petroleum-based residues on dozers, loaders, excavators, dump trucks, and sweepers.
  • Refineries & petrochemical plants: Removing hydrocarbons, soot, corrosion deposits, and industrial buildup on steel structures and piping.

TPR600-04-P Performance & Sizing Guidelines

  • Flow compatibility: The 4.0 orifice is balanced for mid-range GPM at 600 bar—verify pump curves to confirm the ideal PSI/GPM pairing.
  • Minimum operating pressure: Requires approximately 2,000–2,200 PSI to maintain proper rotor speed; insufficient pressure may result in a straight-line jet.
  • Coverage efficiency: Larger orifice increases cleaning width, allowing operators to cover more area without sacrificing cutting strength.
  • System safety: All hoses, guns, lances, swivels, and connectors must be rated for 8,700 PSI and 212°F.
  • Optimal technique: Maintain a steady stand-off distance and sweeping motion for consistent results and reduced operator fatigue.

Best Practices for Use & Maintenance

  • Flush lines first: Remove rust, scale, or debris before installing the rotating nozzle to prevent rotor damage.
  • Pressurize gradually: Avoid snapping the trigger fully open; a smooth increase prolongs nozzle and pump life.
  • Inspect rotational performance: Changes in sound, vibration, or spray pattern indicate wear or blockage requiring cleaning or replacement.
  • Rinse after chemical exposure: Flush with clean water to protect stainless and rubber surfaces from corrosion or degradation.
  • Store properly: Use a protective cap or dedicated holder to prevent damage to the orifice or rubber shroud during downtime.
