RTD100-200SX Annovi Reverberi Industrial Plunger Pump | 25 GPM | 2900 PSI | 1000 RPM | 180° Rotated Shaft
The RTD100-200SX is the 180° rotated-shaft configuration of Annovi Reverberi’s RTD100-200 industrial triplex pump, engineered for reverse-drive and mirrored installations in custom skids, trailer rigs, and dual-pump systems. Rated at 25 GPM and 2900 PSI at a slow 1000 RPM, the SX shares the base pump’s heavy-duty internals — forged brass manifold, ceramic plungers, and stainless valves — while its 35mm rotated shaft (commonly called a left-hand shaft) enables layouts a standard-orientation pump cannot serve.

What the 180° Rotated Shaft Does
Reverse-Drive and Mirrored Mounting
- The 180° rotated shaft — also known in the field as a left-hand shaft — reverses the drive orientation relative to the standard RTD100-200.
- This lets integrators build mirrored skids, position two pumps back-to-back in dual-pump rigs, and match reverse-drive couplings or belt/pulley layouts without re-plumbing around a fixed shaft side.
- Flow, pressure, and internals are identical to the base pump — only the shaft orientation changes, so performance and parts remain fully cross-compatible.

Design & Materials
Rugged Industrial Construction
- Forged brass manifold for strength and corrosion resistance
- Ceramic plungers to resist wear, heat, and chemical exposure
- Stainless-steel valves for reliable sealing under heavy duty
- Oversized bronze connecting rods and reinforced bearings for continuous operation
- 35mm rotated (left-hand) keyed shaft for reverse-drive and mirrored mounting
How It Works
- The triplex plunger arrangement delivers steady, low-pulsation flow at 25 GPM.
- Slow 1000 RPM operation reduces heat, vibration, and component stress for longer service life.
- When the trigger wand is released, the matched unloader or regulator and bypass plumbing protect the pump from overpressure and heat buildup.
Benefits
- Reverse-drive compatibility: the 180° rotated shaft enables mirrored and dual-pump layouts a standard pump cannot serve.
- High-volume cleaning: 25 GPM supports large-scale washdown and rapid rinsing across big surfaces.
- Continuous-duty reliability: the slow-speed 1000 RPM design and heavy-duty internals extend service life under long shifts.
- Thermal and chemical resilience: ceramic plungers and stainless valves handle elevated inlet temperatures and aggressive detergents.
- Parts cross-compatibility: identical internals to the base RTD100-200 keep rebuild kits and spares common across both orientations.
Typical Applications
- Custom skid and trailer systems requiring mirrored pump orientation
- Dual-pump rigs positioning two pumps back-to-back
- Municipal sanitation fleets and depot wash stations
- Mining and heavy equipment washdown
- Waste management and transfer station cleaning
- Industrial plant and tank-farm washdown
Installation & Integration
- Mount the 35mm rotated (left-hand) keyed shaft to suit reverse-drive couplings or belt/pulley drives.
- Use properly rated thermal relief and bypass plumbing for continuous-duty applications.
- Provide adequate inlet supply and filtration to prevent cavitation and prolong seal life.
- Follow factory torque and alignment specs when coupling to drives or motors.
Service & Reliability
- Factory-tested and shipped with break-in oil for immediate commissioning.
- Routine inspection points: inlet screens, valve condition, plunger wear, and oil level and quality.
- Rebuild kits, replacement valves, and parts are available through the AR North America service network and are shared with the standard-shaft pump.
The RTD100-200SX is a specialty industrial plunger pump for operators who need reverse-drive flexibility with high-volume washdown capability. With 25 GPM at 2900 PSI, a 35mm 180° rotated shaft, and heavy-duty internals, it is engineered for continuous-duty, custom-skid, and mirrored installations where durability and uptime are critical.
