The RRV4G40D-VRT3 is an Annovi Reverberi RRV triplex plunger pump rated 4.0 GPM at 4,000 PSI at 3400 RPM, with a VRT3-310 unloader already installed. It slides onto a 1 in. engine shaft and bolts to the engine face, so a 4,000 PSI gas machine is back in service with one part.

The VRT3-310 is rated to 4,500 PSI and 10.5 GPM, well above this pump, so it regulates smoothly at full pressure. Its external bypass sends bypass water out of the pump instead of recirculating it inside, which keeps the pump cooler when the trigger is closed.

• Engine size: 420cc or larger (15 HP class). Full 4,000 PSI takes a strong engine.
• Bypass line: run the VRT3 bypass port back to the tank or pump inlet.
• Hose and accessories: every hose, fitting and nozzle must be rated for 4,000 PSI.
