BIRC030E Bolondi Electric Tank Head | Rotary Cleaner
- The Bolondi BIRC030E is a next-generation, electric-powered rotary cleaning head for
high-performance internal cleaning of tanks and IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers). - Uses a precision electric drive system instead of a water motor, keeping spray arm rotation
stable and uniform even when fluid pressure fluctuates. - Built entirely from 316L stainless steel for long-term durability and hygienic performance in
chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and beverage plants. - Ideal where consistency, regulatory compliance, and cleaning efficiency are critical to
product quality and uptime.
How It Works
- An electric motor drives an internal gear assembly, turning the spray arms at a controlled,
constant speed independent of water pressure or flow. - Pressurized cleaning liquid is discharged through 2–4 nozzles as high-impact jet streams that
sweep all interior surfaces. - Jets follow a precise 360° rotary pattern, ensuring even coverage and eliminating missed zones.
- The hybrid action of electric rotation + hydraulic jetting delivers repeatable, high-energy
cleaning suitable for validated sanitation cycles.
