AR52184 | VB40/1000 Zero Unloader for 10,000 PSI Systems, Stainless

The AR52184 is the Annovi Reverberi VB40/1000 “Zero” unloader, a stainless steel valve rated 14,500 PSI (1000 bar) and built for ultra high-pressure systems. On a 10,000 PSI rig it runs well inside its rating, with real headroom for pressure spikes. It handles flow up to 10.5 GPM (40 L/min).

“Zero” means more than bypass. When the trigger closes, the valve sends pump flow to bypass and also vents the pressure left in the outlet line, so the hose is not left holding ultra high pressure. That is safer for the operator, easier on hoses and fittings, and smoother on restart.

Before You Install

• Inlet and outlet are 3/8 in. BSP female, and the bypass is 3/8 in. BSP. Use BSP fittings or adapters on NPT plumbing.
• Every pump, hose, fitting and lance in the system must be rated for your working pressure.
• Max water temperature is 140°F. This valve is for cold water systems.
• Set the working pressure with a gauge and keep a safety valve in the system.
