HYD-RTD80.300HN-DD Hydraulic Pump | 21 GPM 4350 PSI
- HYD-RTD80.300HN-DD is a ready-to-integrate hydraulic drive package that directly couples a
low-speed, high-torque (LSHT) hydraulic motor to an Annovi Reverberi RTD80.300HN triplex plunger
pump on a rigid, alignment-stable base. - Delivers approximately 21 GPM (80 L/min) at 4350 PSI (300 bar) at 1000 RPM with no belts, pulleys,
or daily retensioning. - Built in Modena, Italy by Annovi Reverberi—recognized since 1958 as a leader in high-pressure pump
quality. - HN nickel-plated brass head increases corrosion resistance for wet, salty, or chemically aggressive
washdown environments where standard brass can tarnish or pit. - Clean direct drive keeps shaft centerlines true, reducing side loads on bearings and seal packs for smoother
operation, less vibration, and longer service life—with no belt dust or periodic tension adjustments.
Hydraulic Drive & Motor Details HYD-RTD80.300HN-DD
- Uses a displacement-matched LSHT hydraulic motor (gerotor/geroler style; manufacturer may vary)
selected to achieve rated pump speed and torque at pressure. - Typical hydraulic ports: SAE-12 ORB (3/4″) pressure/return plus an auxiliary
SAE-8 ORB (1/2″) case drain when required by the motor build. - Observe A/B port orientation for correct rotation; route the case drain above reservoir oil level to prevent
aeration. - Size hydraulic hoses generously and respect bend radii to avoid restriction, excess heat, and pressure drop.
- Protect the circuit with upstream relief valves rated for 300 bar minimum and use
10–25 μm return filtration with an adequate β-rating to safeguard the motor and valve stack. - Size the hydraulic reservoir for heat rejection (typical rule: 2–3× total system flow) and add an
oil cooler for hot climates, long bypass periods, or continuous-duty operation.
HYD-RTD80.300HN-DD Water-Side Connections
- RTD-series high-flow porting: typical configuration is a 1-1/2″ female BSPP inlet and
1″ female BSPP discharge; adapters to NPT are readily available. - Keep the suction run short, straight, and oversize; use anti-collapse suction hose and a coarse inlet strainer to
protect volumetric efficiency and prevent cavitation. - Install a correctly sized unloader valve to maintain working pressure while safely bypassing flow.
- Add a high-pressure relief valve and a glycerin-filled pressure gauge for
commissioning and diagnostics. - Include a thermal relief valve on the bypass loop to protect seals during extended gun-closed or
recirculation operation.
Integration Checklist
- Size motor displacement to reach 1000 RPM under load at the target working pressure.
- Verify that the prime mover and valve stack can supply the required hydraulic flow with margin for other actuators.
- Set upstream hydraulic reliefs accurately and confirm filtration and cooling capacity.
- Confirm seal and O-ring compatibility with water, detergents, or process fluids and respect published temperature
limits. - Select nozzle orifices for the desired flow/pressure combination and never overspeed the pump.
- Plan a low-pressure recirculation path when operating in prolonged bypass to keep fluid temperature under control.
- Schedule periodic torque checks on pump head, manifold, base, and coupling fasteners as part of routine PM.
Applications HYD-RTD80.300HN-DD
- Mobile wash skids on work trucks and trailers
- Municipal fleet and sanitation vehicles
- Heavy-equipment yards, rental fleets, and construction equipment washdown

Ownership, Support & Warranty
- Pump ships from the factory with oil in the crankcase, an easy-to-read sight glass, and a
vented dipstick for proper fill and breathing under thermal expansion. - Follow Annovi Reverberi lubricant recommendations and service intervals for best results; seal kits, valve kits,
unloaders, and adapters are widely available in North America. - Covered by an AR 5-year limited, conditional warranty—proper hydraulic and water-side installation,
correct filtration and lubrication, and operation within published limits are required for coverage. - Normal wear items such as seals and valves are treated as consumables and should be stocked for fast turnaround.
- Key details at a glance: 21 GPM @ 4350 PSI @ 1000 RPM; nickel-plated head; LSHT direct hydraulic
drive; compact, alignment-stable base; ideal for high-duty mobile and industrial wash systems.
