The RKASS7G30N is an Annovi Reverberi triplex plunger pump with a stainless steel head, rated 7.1 GPM at 3,000 PSI at 1750 RPM. It pairs high flow with corrosion resistance: stainless holds up to caustic cleaners, sanitizers, chlorides and salt air that pit a brass head.

At 7.1 GPM it moves enough water for surface cleaners, rotating nozzles and large-area rinse work in food plants, marine yards and fleet bays. At 1750 RPM it couples straight to a standard 4-pole electric motor with no belts, or runs on a belt drive from a gas engine.

Will It Fit My Machine?

• Electric motor: 15 HP at 1750 RPM, direct coupled.
• Gas engine: V-twin, 570cc or larger (20 HP class) with a belt drive. Size the pulleys so the pump turns no faster than 1750 RPM.
• Inlet supply: a 7 GPM pump needs a generous, unrestricted inlet line and strainer to avoid starving.
• Water: up to 140°F. Check chemical compatibility with your cleaning agents.

What Else You’ll Need

The pump is sold bare. The unloader, thermal relief valve, inlet filter and rail kit are sold separately:

• Unloader valves: choose one rated for at least 3,000 PSI and 7.1 GPM. A stainless unloader keeps the whole wet end corrosion resistant.
• Thermal relief valves, inlet filters and rail kits: rails mount the pump to a base for belt drive.
