XWLSS42.05N | Stainless Triplex Pump, 11.1 GPM 725 PSI, 1450 RPM, 24 mm Solid Shaft

The XWLSS42.05N is an Annovi Reverberi XWL triplex plunger pump with a stainless steel head, rated 11.1 GPM (42 L/min) at 725 PSI (50 bar) at 1450 RPM. It is built for volume, not pressure: high-flow rinsing, sanitation, foam and chemical application, and process water transfer where corrosive cleaners would attack a brass head.

At 725 PSI it is safe on food contact surfaces, equipment, livestock areas and finished goods, while 11 GPM clears residue fast. The heavy XWL frame runs at 1450 RPM on a belt drive, so seals, valves and bearings run cool through long sanitation shifts.

Will It Fit My Machine?

• Drive: belt drive. Size the pulleys so the pump turns no faster than 1450 RPM.
• Electric motor: 7.5 HP.
• Gas engine: 270cc or larger (9 HP class).
• Inlet supply: at 11 GPM, use a large, unrestricted inlet line and strainer so the pump never starves.

• Unloader valves: choose one rated for at least 11 GPM at your working pressure. A stainless unloader keeps the whole wet end corrosion resistant.
