The RKASS3.6G12N is an Annovi Reverberi triplex plunger pump with a stainless steel head, rated 3.6 GPM at 3,000 PSI at 1750 RPM. Stainless holds up where brass pits and corrodes: caustic cleaners, sanitizers, chlorides, salt air and the daily washdown of food, chemical and marine plants.

At 1750 RPM it matches the speed of a standard 4-pole electric motor, so it couples straight to the motor with no belts, or runs on a belt drive from a gas engine. The 24 mm keyed solid shaft fits AR hollow-shaft motors, bell housings and pulleys.

Will It Fit My Machine?

• Electric motor: 7.5 HP at 1750 RPM, direct coupled.
• Gas engine: 270cc or larger (9 HP class) with a belt drive. Size the pulleys so the pump turns no faster than 1750 RPM.
• Water: up to 140°F. Check chemical compatibility with your cleaning agents.

The pump is sold bare. The unloader, thermal relief valve, inlet filter and rail kit are sold separately:

• Unloader valves: choose one rated for at least 3,000 PSI and 3.6 GPM. A stainless unloader keeps the whole wet end corrosion resistant.
• Thermal relief valves, inlet filters and rail kits: rails mount the pump to a base for belt drive.
