XMASS3G10N | Stainless Triplex Pump, 3 GPM 1000 PSI, 1750 RPM, 24 mm Solid Shaft

The XMASS3G10N is a compact Annovi Reverberi triplex plunger pump with a stainless steel head, rated 3.0 GPM at 1,000 PSI at 1750 RPM. It is built for low-pressure, high-hygiene work: sanitation rinse, foam and chemical application, food and beverage washdown, and spray systems where corrosive cleaners would attack a brass head.

At 1750 RPM it couples straight to a standard 4-pole electric motor with no belts, and its light 12 lb frame fits tight carts, skids and process lines. The 24 mm keyed solid shaft also runs on a belt drive.

Will It Fit My Machine?

• Electric motor: 3 HP or larger at 1750 RPM, direct coupled.
• Gas engine: 196cc to 212cc with a belt drive. Size the pulleys so the pump turns no faster than 1750 RPM.
• Pressure: 1,000 PSI maximum. For higher pressure in stainless, see the XMASS 2,000 PSI models.
• Water: up to 140°F. Check chemical compatibility with your cleaning agents.

What Else You’ll Need

The pump is sold bare. The unloader, thermal relief valve, inlet filter and rail kit are sold separately:

• Unloader valves: choose one rated for 3 GPM at your working pressure. A stainless unloader keeps the whole wet end corrosion resistant.
• Thermal relief valves, inlet filters and rail kits: rails mount the pump to a base for belt drive.
