XM15.15-HYD | 4.0 GPM 2200 PSI Hydraulic Pump | F38 Mount | Lightweight XM Frame
XM15.15-HYD is the lightweight answer in the flanged 4 GPM family: Annovi Reverberi’s XM 15.15 triplex plunger pump — 4.0 GPM (15 L/min) at up to 2200 PSI (150 bar) at 1450 RPM — supplied with the F38 close-couple flange mounted and ready to accept your gear-type hydraulic motor directly. No motor is included, by design: the XM15.15-HYD exists for builders who bring their own drive, and it earns its place over its RK-frame sibling with the XM platform’s defining trait — a compact, die-cast aluminum frame that is the lightest way AR builds this duty point.
Weight is a specification the moment the pump leaves the bench. Cart-mounted systems an operator repositions all day, cabinet installs where every component fights for the same shelf, weight-rated service bodies, and slide-in builds counted against payload all pay for mass twice — once in handling and once in the structure that carries it. The XM15.15-HYD delivers full 4 GPM commercial washing from the smallest, lightest package in the family, which is exactly the trade those installations came shopping for.

Choosing the Motor
The F38 flange turns motor selection into one line of arithmetic — RPM ≈ 231 × hydraulic GPM ÷ displacement (in³) — targeting 1450 RPM against roughly 10 hydraulic horsepower of continuous supply. Two routes cover most machines: modest-flow circuits suit the HYDM116M (0.71 cid — about 4.4 GPM of oil, the 4 GPM class’s default driver, stocked by WSHPWR), while flow-rich circuits suit the 1.17 cid class (about 7.5 GPM of oil at roughly 2,000 PSI working). Relieve the circuit within the motor’s rating, filter the return at 10–25 microns, provide oil cooling for continuous trigger-on duty, and call WSHPWR with your machine’s flow and pressure — we will name the motor in one conversation, or ship it alongside the pump.
Where Light Wins
The XM15.15-HYD and its RK-frame sibling share the duty point; they part ways at the scale. The RK1515-HYD carries AR’s heavier 228-series frame — the mass-and-margin build for fixed mounts and maximum-hours fleets — at the family’s friendliest price. The XM answers the installations where that mass is a cost: the pump that gets lifted, the cabinet that gets crowded, the body that gets weighed. Same water, same pressure, same F38 interface, honestly different frames for honestly different builds — and WSHPWR stocks both sides of the fork, so the choice is a conversation, not a compromise.
The F38 Advantage
AR’s F38 system is the common language of compact hydraulic drive: an SAE A two-bolt close-couple that puts the gear motor on the pump centerline with no belts, pulleys, guards, or field alignment, and no side loading reaching bearings or seal packs. Motors interchange across the F38 family as fleets evolve, spares consolidate onto one shelf, and a motor swap on the XM15.15-HYD is four bolts — output independent of the host machine’s engine speed the whole while.
XM-Series Construction
Light does not mean lightly built. The XM frame carries a corrosion-resistant brass head over stainless wet-end components, one-piece ceramic plungers for heat dissipation and abrasion resistance, and the die-cast aluminum crankcase that delivers the platform’s weight advantage with oil monitoring intact. Valve access runs through the head for inspection in place, and AR repair kits keep the service path standard everywhere AR is sold.
Installation & Operation Notes
Mount horizontally and confirm hydraulic motor rotation at commissioning — gear motors are direction-specific, and reversed lines spin the pump backward. Feed the 1/2″ inlet from a flooded, filtered supply with short, unrestricted plumbing. Fit an unloader set against working pressure with appropriate relief protection, size the nozzle to 4.0 GPM at your target pressure, hold 1450 RPM as the ceiling regardless of available oil flow, and winterize before cold-weather storage — light frames freeze just as hard.
Quality Assurance & Maintenance
Every XM15.15-HYD ships factory-tested for flow rate, pressure stability, and vibration. Maintenance follows AR’s standard schedule — crankcase oil changes, seal inspection, periodic valve checks with AR repair kits — on the friendly intervals the moderate 2200 PSI duty point earns.
XM15.15-HYD Key Features & Applications
- 4.0 GPM at 2200 PSI, 1450 RPM — full commercial washing from the lightest frame in the family.
- F38 close-couple flange mounted — bolt on your gear motor and the drive is complete.
- Motor sold separately by design: integrate, standardize, or repower on your own terms.
- Runs on ~4.4–7.5 GPM of oil (~10 hydraulic HP) depending on motor choice — nearly any circuit qualifies.
- Compact die-cast aluminum XM frame for carts, cabinets, and weight-rated builds; RK1515-HYD sibling covers the heavy-frame side of the fork.
- Ideal for cart and portable systems, cabinet and compartment installs, weight-limited service bodies, and integrators building light.
