RRV3G34D-F24 | 3.0 GPM 3400 PSI Gas Engine Pump, 3400 RPM, 1 in. Hollow Shaft

The RRV3G34D-F24 is an Annovi Reverberi triplex plunger pump rated 3.0 GPM at 3,400 PSI that bolts straight to a 1 in. shaft gas engine. No belts, no pulleys, no couplings.

It is the right replacement for 3 GPM machines in the 3,000 to 3,400 PSI class. Most of those come from the store with an axial pump that gets thrown away when it wears out. This one is a crankshaft-driven triplex with ceramic plungers, built to run longer and to be rebuilt with a kit when the seals finally wear. Need more pressure? The RRV3G36D-F24 delivers 3,600 PSI on the same mount.

The shaft key is not included. It comes with your engine, and its size is set by the engine maker.

Will It Fit My Machine?

• Shaft: your engine has a 1 in. keyed horizontal shaft.
• Mount: the engine face matches the F24 flange bolt pattern.
• Engine size: 270cc or larger (9 HP class and up). A 389cc engine runs it all day with headroom.
• Plumbing: 1/2 in. female inlet, 3/8 in. female outlet.

What Else You’ll Need

The pump is sold bare. The unloader, thermal relief valve and inlet filter are sold separately:

• Unloader valves: choose one rated for at least 3,400 PSI and 3 GPM.
• Thermal relief valves and inlet filters: the thermal valve protects the pump when it runs in bypass, and the filter keeps debris out of the valves.
