HYD-RTP30N | Hydraulic Motor Pump | 7.9 GPM 7250 PSI | UHP Solid Shaft
HYD-RTP30N is ultra-high pressure on the industrial frame: Annovi Reverberi’s RTP 30.500 platform — 7.9 GPM (30 L/min) at up to 7250 PSI (500 bar) on the slow-turning 1000 RPM architecture — in the N-version solid-shaft build that couples to the drive your system dictates. Five hundred bar is a different trade than pressure washing: this is the class where water stops cleaning surfaces and starts removing them — failed coatings sheeting off steel, membranes and mastics lifting whole, laitance scarifying off concrete, and heat-exchanger tubes clearing without a chemical drum in sight.
The RTP’s contribution to that trade is the frame under the pressure. UHP duty is where build quality stops being a preference: at 500 bar every stroke loads the drivetrain at multiples of washdown duty, and the RTP answers with the industrial architecture — 1000 RPM pace, heavy crankcase, serviceable wet end — that treats extreme pressure as a design point rather than an overclock. The solid shaft completes the industrial logic: your coupling, your motor, your architecture, with the pump as the proven core of a system engineered around it.

Drive Options for the Solid Shaft
Full duty asks roughly 48 hydraulic horsepower delivered continuously, and the solid shaft accepts whatever architecture supplies it: a bent-axis piston motor through a flex coupling or bell housing — the Sunfab SCM class WSHPWR stocks for exactly this frame family — an electric motor geared to 1000 RPM on a common base, or an engine drive through reduction. Align to coupling specification, guard the drive, relieve the hydraulic side within the motor’s rating, and engineer reservoir, return filtration, and oil cooling for shift-length duty — UHP work is continuous by nature. Call WSHPWR with your power system’s numbers and we will spec the complete drive before you order.
What 500 Bar Does That 300 Cannot
The jump from 4350 to 7250 PSI crosses the threshold where jet energy exceeds the bond strength of the materials industry wants gone. Epoxy and urethane coatings that 300-bar water only chases release cleanly; rust scale and mill scale strip to bright metal ready for profile; rubber linings, membranes, and mastics peel in sheets; concrete laitance and soft matrix scarify at production pace. That capability retires the alternatives’ costs — no grit to buy, contain, and landfill; no chemical inventory; no dust plume — which is why surface preparation, plant maintenance, and marine trades keep moving to UHP water. The HYD-RTP30N is the entry to that class on a frame built to live there.
The 1000 RPM Constitution
Extreme pressure multiplies the value of the slow frame. At 1000 RPM the RTP loads its 500-bar strokes a third less often per gallon than a 1450 RPM machine would — and at this pressure class, stroke count is the wear clock for seals, valves, and packings. The industrial crankcase carries the drivetrain reserve the duty demands, and the serviceable wet end keeps UHP maintenance — which is real, scheduled work at any brand — inside a maintenance window instead of a teardown.
HYD-RTP30N – UHP Safety Is a System
At 7250 PSI, water is a cutting tool and must be treated as one. Every component downstream — hose, fittings, lance, nozzles — must be UHP-rated for the working pressure with margin, inspected on schedule, and retired on condition; nothing from the pressure-washing shelf crosses over. Operators need UHP-specific training, appropriate protective equipment, and controlled work zones; dump-style controls and correct relief protection are non-negotiable. WSHPWR supplies UHP-rated accessories and will help spec the complete, compliant circuit — build the system, not just the pump.
Quality Assurance & Maintenance
Every HYD-RTP30N is factory-tested for flow rate, pressure stability, and vibration before shipment. Maintenance follows the UHP discipline: scheduled crankcase oil changes, seal and packing service respected proportionally to the 500-bar duty, valve inspection on hours, and AR repair kits keeping the path standard. Run at rated speed on a properly engineered drive, the industrial frame makes extreme pressure a career, not a stunt.
HYD-RTP30N Key Features & Applications
- 7.9 GPM at 7250 PSI (500 bar) on the 1000 RPM industrial UHP frame.
- Solid shaft (N version) — hydraulic, electric, or engine drive through your coupling architecture.
- Roughly 48 hydraulic HP continuous; Sunfab piston-motor class stocked by WSHPWR.
- Removes coatings, scale, linings, and laitance — no grit, no chemicals, no dust plume.
- Slow-frame stroke economics: the wear clock runs a third slower per gallon at 500 bar.
- Ideal for surface preparation and coating removal, plant and refinery maintenance, marine and hull work, tube and exchanger cleaning, and engineered UHP truck and skid builds.
