RRA4G40N | 4.0 GPM 4000 PSI Triplex Pump, 1750 RPM, 24 mm Solid Shaft

The RRA4G40N is an Annovi Reverberi triplex plunger pump rated 4.0 GPM at 4,000 PSI at 1750 RPM, with a 24 mm keyed solid shaft. Run it off a gas engine with a belt drive, or couple it straight to a standard 1750 RPM electric motor with no belts at all.

At 1750 RPM it turns half the speed of a direct-drive gas pump, so seals, valves and bearings run cooler and last longer. The ceramic plungers and crankshaft-driven triplex design are built for daily commercial work and can be rebuilt with a kit when the seals finally wear.

Will It Fit My Machine?

• Drive: belt drive, or direct coupling to a 1750 RPM electric motor.
• Gas engine: 420cc or larger (15 HP class). A 440cc or larger engine holds full pressure all day.
• Electric motor: 15 HP for full 4,000 PSI. A 10 HP motor runs it at about 3,600 PSI.
• Belt drive: size the pulleys so the pump turns no faster than 1750 RPM.

What Else You’ll Need

The pump is sold bare. The unloader, thermal relief valve, inlet filter and mounting rails are sold separately:

• Unloader valves: choose one rated for at least 4,000 PSI and 4 GPM. The VRT3-310EZ package is a matched fit.
• Thermal relief valves, inlet filters and rail kits: the AR2633 rail kit mounts the pump to a base for belt drive.
