RQV25G30D-EZ3/8 2.5 GPM 3000 PSI | EZ Start Gas Washer Pump

RQV25G30D-EZ3/8 | 2.5 GPM 3000 PSI Gas Engine Pump, 3400 RPM, 3/4 in. Hollow Shaft

The RQV25G30D-EZ3/8 is an Annovi Reverberi replacement pump for homeowner and light-duty gas pressure washers, rated 2.5 GPM at 3,000 PSI. It slides onto a 3/4 in. engine shaft and bolts to the engine face, the same layout found on most store-bought machines, so it drops in where the old pump came off.

It arrives ready to work: the unloader is built in with a pressure-adjust knob, EZ Start makes the engine easier to pull over, and the 3/8 in. NPT outlet takes a standard hose fitting. For homeowners and part-time contractors, that means one part, one install and no extra plumbing.

What’s in the Box

• RQV25G30D-EZ3/8 pump with built-in adjustable unloader and EZ Start
• Sealed crankcase, factory-lubricated. No oil changes needed.
• Engine mounting bolts and lock washers
• Operation manual and parts schematic

The shaft key is not included. It comes with your engine, and its size is set by the engine maker.

Will It Fit My Machine?

• Shaft: your engine has a 3/4 in. keyed horizontal shaft.
• Engine size: 196cc to 212cc (6.5 to 7 HP class), the engine on most homeowner pressure washers.
• Outlet: 3/8 in. NPT female. Add a quick connect fitting if your hose uses one.

Not sure? Text a pump specialist at (505) 226-6061 with a photo of your engine tag and old pump and we’ll confirm the fit.

What Else You’ll Need

• Quick connect fittings and inlet filters: a filter keeps debris out of the valves and protects the pump.
• Need more pressure? The RRV series triplex pumps run at 3,400 to 4,000 PSI on a 1 in. shaft engine.
