VHP50-400 High-Pressure Unloader | 5800 PSI, 26.4 GPM, 1/2 in. Female Ports

The VHP50-400 is an Annovi Reverberi VHP high-pressure unloader rated to 5,800 PSI (400 bar) at up to 26.4 GPM, with 1/2 in. female inlet and outlet. When the trigger closes, it sends pump flow to bypass so the pump is not dead-headed, and when the trigger opens, full pressure returns.

It is built for high-pressure contractor and industrial machines running 4,000 to 5,800 PSI, the range where a standard 3,600 PSI class unloader is out of its depth. At 26.4 GPM it also covers high-flow, high-pressure skids.

Good to Know

• Set the working pressure with a gauge at the pump outlet.
• Keep a thermal relief valve on the pump to protect it during long bypass periods.
• Use clean, filtered water. Debris wears valve seats faster at high pressure.
• Flush with clean water after running chemicals through the system.
