RK1828HNL | 4.8 GPM 4000 PSI Triplex Pump, 1450 RPM, 24 mm Long Solid Shaft

The RK1828HNL is the long-shaft version of the Annovi Reverberi RK 18.28 triplex plunger pump. It delivers 4.75 GPM at 4,000 PSI at 1450 RPM, with a nickel-plated head and ceramic plungers. The longer 24 mm solid shaft gives more room for a pulley hub or coupling, which helps on belt-drive builds, truck-mounted systems and replacement jobs where the old pump’s pulley has to line up.

At 1450 RPM the pump runs slower than direct-drive gas pumps, which means less heat and wear on seals, valves and bearings.

Before You Install

• The pump needs about 13 HP at full flow and pressure (4.75 GPM x 4,000 PSI / 1457). Size the engine or motor with headroom above that.
• Check shaft side and rotation against your drive layout so the pulley lines up with the engine or motor.
• Size pulleys to turn the pump at no more than 1450 RPM. Flow drops in proportion to speed: about 4.2 GPM at 1285 RPM.
• Feed the inlet from an unrestricted supply with a strainer, and keep water at or below 140°F.

Care and Maintenance

• Change the oil after the first 50 hours, then every 500 hours.
• Never store the pump with water inside. Flush it with RV antifreeze before freezing weather.
