XWAM8G35NHT | Hot Water Triplex Pump, 8 GPM 3500 PSI, 1750 RPM, 24 mm Solid Shaft

The XWAM8G35NHT is the high-temperature version of the Annovi Reverberi XWAM 8 GPM pump, rated 8.0 GPM at 3,500 PSI at 1750 RPM, with a heat-rated seal set for water up to 185°F. Standard pumps are limited to 140°F. This one is built for machines fed with warm or recirculated water, and for hot water rigs where heat reaches the pump.

At 8 GPM it is a production pump for fleet washing, heavy equipment, degreasing and large-surface work. At 1750 RPM it couples straight to a standard 4-pole electric motor, or runs on a belt drive from a gas engine.

Will It Fit My Machine?

• Electric motor: 20 HP at 1750 RPM, direct coupled.
• Gas engine: V-twin, 680cc or larger (25 HP class) with a belt drive. Size the pulleys so the pump turns no faster than 1750 RPM.
• Hot water: feed the pump at or below 185°F. On burner machines, the pump goes before the burner.
• Inlet supply: hot water needs a positive, unrestricted feed to the inlet to prevent cavitation.

The pump is sold bare. The unloader, thermal relief valve, inlet filter and rail kit are sold separately:

• Unloader valves: choose one rated for at least 3,500 PSI, 8 GPM and your water temperature. The VRT3-310EZ XW package is a matched fit.
• Thermal relief valves, inlet filters and rail kits: the TPP140 thermal relief valve, and the AR2748 rail kit for belt drive.
