RK1515-HYD is Annovi Reverberi’s workhorse RK 15.15 triplex plunger pump built ready for hydraulic drive: 4.0 GPM (15 L/min) at up to 2200 PSI (150 bar) at 1450 RPM, supplied with the F38 close-couple flange mounted — the SAE A interface that accepts your gear-type hydraulic motor directly on the pump centerline. No motor is included, and that is the point: builders integrating a pump into an existing hydraulic system, fleets standardizing on their own motor inventory, and repowers reusing a serviceable drive all want exactly this configuration — the proven wet end, flanged and waiting, with the motor decision left where it belongs.

The duty point is the moderate-pressure member of the compact 4 GPM family: full commercial rinse-and-wash capability for fleet washdown, agricultural equipment, stables and kennels, and service-truck duty, at a working pressure that stretches seal and valve life past what the higher-pressure siblings deliver. Choosing the Motor

The F38 flange makes motor selection a displacement decision, and the arithmetic is one line: RPM ≈ 231 × hydraulic GPM ÷ displacement (in³), targeting 1450 RPM against roughly 10 hydraulic horsepower of continuous supply. Two routes fit most machines. Circuits with modest flow at good pressure suit the HYDM116M (0.71 cid — about 4.4 GPM of oil, the 4 GPM class’s default driver, stocked by WSHPWR); circuits with more flow at moderate pressure suit the 1.17 cid class (about 7.5 GPM of oil at roughly 2,000 PSI working). Either way: relieve the circuit within the motor’s rating, filter the return at 10–25 microns, and provide oil cooling for continuous trigger-on duty. The F38 Advantage

AR’s F38 system is the common language of compact hydraulic drive: an SAE A two-bolt close-couple that puts the gear motor on the pump’s centerline with no belts, pulleys, guards, or field alignment, and no side loading reaching bearings or seal packs. Because the interface is standardized, the RK1515-HYD joins whatever the fleet already runs — motors move between this pump and the other F38-flanged units as needs evolve, spares consolidate onto one shelf, and a motor swap is four bolts, not a fabrication project. Installation & Operation Notes

Mount horizontally and confirm hydraulic motor rotation at commissioning — gear motors are direction-specific, and reversed lines spin the pump backward. Feed the 1/2″ inlet from a flooded, filtered supply with short, unrestricted plumbing. Fit an unloader set against working pressure with appropriate relief protection, size the nozzle to 4.0 GPM at your target pressure, hold 1450 RPM as the ceiling regardless of available oil flow, and winterize before cold-weather storage.
