HYDB19P is the blank canvas of the mounting family: Annovi Reverberi’s 19″ × 14″ × 1-5/8″ steel base plate in 10.9-gauge stock, zinc-plated with a painted finish and hole-punched for rubber isolation feet. Where the configured HYDBK base kits arrive with flanges, couplers, and pre-drilled patterns for specific pump-and-motor architectures, the HYDB19P hands the shop the foundation and nothing else — the right move when the build is custom, the pattern is yours, or a fielded system simply needs its plate replaced without repurchasing the kit around it.

The 19″ × 14″ footprint is the larger of AR’s standard plate sizes, giving custom layouts what the compact plates can’t: room. Space for a pump and motor on a generous centerline, for an unloader block on the perimeter, for suction plumbing that sweeps instead of kinks — or for the nonstandard component the configured kits were never drilled for. Upfitters building repeat custom assemblies buy these plates by the stack and drill their own fixture-guided patterns; that is exactly the use the HYDB19P exists for.

Plate or Kit — an Honest Fork

Most builders should start at the configured end: the HYDBK1 close-couple base, the HYDBK2 flex-coupler base, the adjustable HYDBK3, or the heavy HYDBK4 arrive with the drive architecture solved and the holes where AR’s drawings put them. The HYDB19P is for the builds those kits don’t cover — nonstandard motors, custom component spacing, twin-accessory layouts, replacement of a corroded or damaged plate under an existing assembly — and for shops whose fabrication capability makes a raw plate the cheaper, faster path to their own standard. Why Start From the Factory Plate

A wash-system base earns its keep in three properties, and the HYDB19P ships with all of them handled: gauge heavy enough that a reciprocating triplex doesn’t drum the plate into work-hardened cracks, corrosion protection layered for the permanently wet environment the assembly lives in (zinc under paint — the P finish), and the isolation-feet punching that keeps plunger pulsation out of the deck, cabinet, or truck floor it bolts to. Cutting and punching that from raw stock costs a shop more than the plate does; the factory blank starts the build past those problems.

Build Notes

Lay out the pump and motor centerline before drilling anything — coupling alignment is set at the plate, and holes drilled to the components’ actual foot dimensions (not catalog nominals) save shimming later. Fit rubber feet before final installation, mount to flat structure, and verify alignment after first run-up as fasteners seat.
