HYD-RTX60-DD | Direct Drive Hydraulic Pump | 15.8 GPM 4350 PSI | 300 Bar RTX
HYD-RTX60-DD is the most powerful pump in Annovi Reverberi’s compact RTX direct-drive line: the RTX 60.300 platform, rated at 15.8 GPM (60 L/min) and up to 4350 PSI (300 bar) at 1450 RPM, carrying AR’s highest published power rating in the 366-series frame — 45 HP (33.6 kW) — with a hollow 13-tooth splined shaft that mounts straight onto an SAE B hydraulic motor. It delivers 20% more water than the RTX 50.300 at the same full 300-bar working pressure, on a frame that still weighs in around 72 pounds.
That capability targets the serious end of mobile high-pressure work: hydro-excavation and potholing units that need real spoil-moving flow with soil-cutting pressure, trailer and truck jetters clearing mains rather than laterals, heavy stripping and surface preparation rigs, and OEM systems where the specification pushes past what the 13 GPM class delivers but the build cannot absorb the mass of a 1000 RPM industrial frame.

Hydraulic Supply Requirements
Annovi Reverberi publishes two factory motor pairings for the RTX 60.300 platform, both drawing roughly 56 hydraulic horsepower continuously: a gear 90cc motor supplied with 142 L/min (37.5 GPM) of oil at 176 bar (2,552 PSI), or a piston 64cc motor supplied with 102 L/min (26.9 GPM) at 244 bar (3,538 PSI) — choose by whether your system has flow or pressure to spare. Either way this is dedicated-power territory: a hydrovac or jetter truck’s engineered hydraulic system, or a purpose-built power unit. For any other motor, target 1450 RPM via RPM ≈ 231 × hydraulic GPM ÷ displacement (in³), verify torque at working pressure, cap the circuit with a relief protecting the motor, and engineer reservoir capacity, return filtration, and oil cooling for continuous duty at this power level. Call WSHPWR with your system’s flow, pressure, and cooling details and we will spec the motor and confirm the match before you commit.
The Power Ceiling of the Compact Frame
At 45 published horsepower, the HYD-RTX60-DD sits at the top of what AR builds into the 1450 RPM compact architecture — beyond this duty point, the catalog moves you to the 1000 RPM RTD frames at twice the weight and twice the deck space. That makes this pump the natural maximum for weight-rated truck bodies, tandem trailers, and compact hydrovac builds: the most water-times-pressure available before the platform jump. Fleets sizing new builds should run the math both ways; WSHPWR can walk the RTX-versus-RTD decision with your duty cycle and chassis numbers.
Direct-Drive Architecture
The hollow 13T splined shaft accepts a male-splined SAE B hydraulic motor directly at the F56 flange — no coupler, no belt, no field alignment, no guard to fabricate. Motor and pump rotate on one centerline, sparing bearings and seal packs from side loading, and either component dismounts independently at the flange when service requires. The package installs tight and stays aligned for its working life.
Installation & Operation Notes for HYD-RTX60-DD
Verify motor spline and mount before ordering — 13T SAE B for this pump; 14T SAE C motors from RTD-class systems will not engage. Mount horizontally, confirm rotation at commissioning, and oversize the suction side: 15.8 GPM through restricted plumbing cavitates, and at 300 bar cavitation damage compounds fast — flooded, filtered supply through the full-size 1″ inlets, always. Fit an unloader plus a safety relief rated for the working pressure, keep every downstream component rated for 4350 PSI with margin, size nozzle orifices to the 15.8 GPM duty point, and hold speed at or below 1450 RPM. Winterize thoroughly before cold-weather storage.
Quality Assurance & Maintenance
Every HYD-RTX60-DD ships factory-tested for flow rate, pressure stability, and vibration. Service follows the RTX family pattern — scheduled crankcase oil changes, seal inspection, and valve checks with shared AR repair kits, all serviceable in place — with seal condition watched closely at the 300-bar duty point and the higher power throughput this model runs.
