AR40400 RL600 Trigger Control | 8700 PSI Rated, 15.8 GPM, 3/8 in. BSP Female

The AR40400 is the RL600 trigger control for ultra high-pressure systems, rated 8,700 PSI (600 bar) with a maximum permissible pressure of 9,500 PSI and flow up to 15.8 GPM (60 L/min). Built from AISI 303 stainless steel, it is made for the jobs that destroy standard triggers: hydro blasting, surface prep, industrial descaling and high-flow contractor rigs.

An easy-pull trigger cuts operator fatigue on long shifts, which matters at these pressures.

Will It Fit My System?

• Pump: rated for systems up to 8,700 PSI working pressure and 15.8 GPM.
• Connections: 3/8 in. BSP female inlet and outlet. Use BSP fittings or adapters on NPT hose and lance ends.
• Temperature: 140°F for continuous use. It tolerates up to 210°F for short periods only, because heat and pressure climb when the trigger is shut on a hot water system.
