RGHW18.20N | Hot Water Triplex Pump, 4.8 GPM 3000 PSI, 1450 RPM, 185°F Rated

The RGHW18.20N is an Annovi Reverberi RG hot water triplex plunger pump rated 4.8 GPM (18 L/min) at 3,000 PSI at 1450 RPM, for inlet water up to 185°F. Standard pumps stop at 140°F. This one is built for machines fed with warm, preheated or recirculated water, where a cold water pump would cook its seals.

At 4.8 GPM it sits between the 4 GPM and 5.5 GPM models, adding rinse speed for fleet, equipment and degreasing work without stepping up to a bigger drive. At 1450 RPM on a belt drive, seals, valves and bearings run cool for long service between rebuilds, which matters more when the water itself is hot.

Will It Fit My Machine?

• Drive: belt drive. Size the pulleys so the pump turns no faster than 1450 RPM.
• Electric motor: 10 HP.
• Gas engine: 389cc to 420cc (13 HP class and up).
• Hot water: feed the pump at or below 185°F. On burner machines, the pump goes before the burner.
• Inlet supply: hot water needs a positive, unrestricted feed to the inlet to prevent cavitation.
